Once in a while, when your doing extensive research for these posts, something will fall through the cracks. Yesterday, I did the story on the Major League Players who came from our area, and can't believe who I left out.

Dave Fleming is not only a friend, but he also taught me and my son a lot about the art of pitching. He is a Kicks listener, and teaches the sport he played so well, right up the road from our Kicks 105.5 studios.

So, instead of just adding his name to the previous story I did, I felt so badly that in honor of my mistake, he gets a post all his own. (Thanks to Eirene Fairas for alerting me on Facebook).

So, Dave, as they say, better late then never, and sorry for the omission, my friend.
