#TBT Throwback Thursday – Alabama

This week for our Throwback Thursday Video of the Week, we take you back to 1988 to Alabama's giant hit, "Song of the South".

Alabama is definitely one of my favorite country acts from back in the day with so many popular songs from their heyday, that were not only popular in country, but also crossed over to top 40 too!

This week we take it back to November of 1988 to Alabama's "Southern Star" album, where this song took the boys straight to number 1 in the US and Canada shortly thereafter!  I love the footage of the 1930s during the video as well to really give that deep feeling for the song.
