Wednesday (September 28) is National Drink Beer Day, so I've put together a list of a few local places that you may want to stop into today to enjoy a brew.
It only happens once a year, so why not use the occasion to drink a beer?
Beer is America's social drink of choice. According to follownews.com, Budweiser surveyed over 2,000 people, asking them what thier preferred drink when meeting friends at a bar is. Beer came in first on the list, margaritas were a distant second, followed by wine in third place.
New York ranked ninth on the list of the top 25 beer loving states, and the East is the region of the country that loves beer the most.
