The Furr Ball is Almost Here – You Can Help Abused, Abandoned & Sick Animals

Here's your invitation to an evening filled with fun, music, great food, raffles, prizes and best of all, it is all for a great cause. The 13th Annual Furr Ball to support Halfway Home Rescue, will be held on Friday, October 19 beginning at 6pm at Grassy Hill Country Club, 441 Clark Lane in Orange, CT.

Halfway Home Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue organization that helps abandoned, sick and injured cats and dogs. Not one of the employees receives a paycheck. These dedicated men and women have saved more than 5,000 animals since they opened their doors in 2004.

Most of the animals that come to our rescue, have suffered lives of abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Often times we have no knowledge of the exact history, when they enter our rescue. Our volunteers work with every dog or cat as much as needed, providing medical care  and emotional love. Our goal is to place each animal in a home that most suits each animal needs. -Halfway Home Rescue
