The annual Goshen Stampede was a big success this weekend up at the Goshen Fairgrounds in Goshen, CT.

This was actually their 10th annual Stampede this year, which brought even more excitement to the fair visitors, vendors, and bands alike. For the most part, the weather didn't turn out to be as bad as I thought.

There were numerous vendors all across the Goshen Fairgrounds selling anything from country food, antiques, country living decorations, country themed shirts and sweatshirts, and different specialty foods and spices. There was also a couple vendors that sold those sweet metal signs that make the perfect accent to any man's garage!

Many listeners came up to us and said hello while I broadcasted live from 4-6pm at the fairgrounds to win Bridgeport Bluefish Box Seat tickets.  Big belated Happy Birthday to Mike from Danbury who stopped by and hung out with us too!

The live music really made the Goshen Stampede a success with live sets from King Kountry, our boy Tat Holler, the always awesome Nashville Drive, and finally The Cadillac Three on Saturday night. DJ Backwoods had the stage music under control too.

Looking forward to another big Goshen Stampede next year!
