So I may attempt to cook my first Thanksgiving Day Turkey this year and I am nervous. I don't even think I have the proper pan or equipment to do it. What do you need? Do you need a baster thing? Do you need a deep pan? I am so lost! I need your help!

I know everyone has their own way of cooking a turkey so I want to know how do you cook your turkey?  Any special tips, secrets, techniques? And how do you take the insides out? Now I'm getting a little bit of anxiety about everything I have to do. Help me!!
