A couple of years ago I wanted to try a different dessert for the holidays. We normally have pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I had tried bread pudding for the first time and really liked it. So I started looking for a good bread pudding recipe I could make for the holidays.

I tried a few different ones, but finally found one I really liked. So I thought I would share it with you. It's from the Food Network and it's a recipe from Paula Deen.

This recipe uses fresh bread that you stale overnight, brown sugar, vanilla, pecans, butter, milk, sugar, and eggs. It's super easy to make and it tastes really good. There is also a recipe for a brandy sauce you can pour over the top.

It's so good! It can be a little sweet, but I have a sweet tooth. This would be good for any holiday. So if you are looking for a new dessert or an additional dessert to add to the table, here you go! Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy all the good food!
