Hey Pawling and Dover Plains, are you feeling lucky?

Anne Kitzman

According to the New York Lottery website, two winning lottery tickets have been sold in Dutchess County. In a weird twist both winning tickets were for the January 23 TAKE5 drawing and are both worth exactly $28,376.50.

If you purchased a ticket at the Hannaford located at 162 Route 22 in Pawling you might have just won a nice chunk of change. The second winning ticket was bought at Carols Gift Shop 3018 Route 82 in Dover Plains.

If you think you might have the winning TAKE5 ticket, take it out and see if you have the winning number combination :04-09-13-17-31

Again to be a top prize winner, you must have every single number from the winning combination. Overall there were 7926 cash winners, the top two prizes were the winners in Dutchess County. There were 257 second place winners who made $331.00 off the win and for the 7667 third place winners, they  took home $18.50.
