There's a new taste sensation opening soon in Brookfield Town Center. Urban Street Pizza is flipping the script, and getting ready to kick it up a few notches.

They are the newest addition to the Town Center community, and will be opening their doors very soon. So what can you expect at Urban Street Pizza?

According to their web site, urbanstreetpizza.com, they want to bring the community together with their mashed-up menu while occasionally breaking some rules. “Fresh” has a new address, and it's 807 Federal Road in Brookfield, right next to Peachwave. We reached out and Urban Street Pizza owner, Matt Criscuolo, explained to us what he's unleashing and bringing to Brookfield:

It’s a concept which I created from scratch and is a culmination of my 35 years in the pizza business. I saw that Brookfield was evolving, and I thought that I might be able to enhance the community by bringing something of worth and value. Urban Street Pizza is street food-inspired and Wood/brick–oven fired.

The menu is minimalistic, all the ingredients are imported from Italy and the pizza style is Neo-neopolitan, which is a hybrid of genuine Neapolitan style pizza and New York style pizza.

We will have salads, a couple of appetizers, some cool beverages, beer and wine, Stromboli, and really cool pizza combinations.

We have a small dining area capable of seating about 25 people.

There’s nothing like it anywhere, it is unique, authentic and original, and most importantly, it’s absolutely delicious at a great value.

Criscuolo also noted that he was not alone in the creation of Brookfield's latest food concept, as he shouted out his team, which includes his wife Kristina, his marekting guru, Ben Applebaum, and his slick graphic designer named Jay Larche.

Of course, at Urban Street Pizza, you can eat in, take out or have your food delivered. Customers can also access their mobile app, where you can view their menu, get coupons and specials instantly, and even receive order status updates right up until delivery.

Urban Street Pizza is expecting to be ready to open up shop in just a few short weeks, and we couldn't be more excited. Once they're open to the public, their store hours will be from 11 am until 10 pm, seven days a week.
