It's been a long standing tradition in Danbury. People come from miles around to check out one of the best Fireworks Shows in the area, and this year, despite a nasty storm, the show certainly delivered.

I've been covering the Danbury Fair Fireworks for over 25 years. I never miss it, and there's a reason. Not only is it one of the biggest and best displays in the area, but people from all over Greater Danbury and New York State come together for a night of Food, Fun, and Fireworks.

That was the case again on Friday night as the Danbury Fair celebrated America with their annual Fireworks Spectacular. This year along with the live music which officially kicked off their summer stage concert series, they added something new, a Food Truck Festival. Some of the most popular mobile eateries were on hand to serve up some tasty treats.
