We All Scream for Snow Cream – Here’s How to Make It [RECIPE]

Have you heard of snow ice cream? I had never heard of this until this year. People are posting it all over Facebook and I think the kids and I might give it a try during the next snow storm. It looks really easy to make and people say it's delicious!

Here is a recipe I found on Allrecipes.com:

Leave a clear bowl outside when it is snowing and bring it in when you have gathered about a gallon of snow (definitely only use fresh snow). Add a cup of sugar and a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Then divide it into serving bowls, add about a 1/4 cup of milk, and top with confectioner's sugar.

So the next time it snows, remember this recipe. It's another way to keep the kids entertained during snow days. You can get creative with it too. I saw some recipes for chocolate snow ice cream, strawberry snow ice cream, etc.
