Welcome to the Fall Season

Later on this evening will mark the official beginning of the long awaited autumn season at 10:29pm!

As much as I love summer more than anything in the world, autumn has a special spot in my heart, as it begins three BIG things around Kicks Country.

1. Fall Foliage - Look at this picture I took this morning on Route 7 in Brookfield with the leaves beginning to change. There is nothing more beautiful than Candlewood Lake during fall with all of the mountains full of foliage.

2. Orchard season - Time to head to Blue Jay's and Salinger's and pick some pumpkins, indulge in apple cider donuts, and bake some delicious pies!

3. Football season - The best possible reason to either visit your favorite watering hole, or stay home and completely PIG OUT on finger food and cheap eats!
