What Connecticut Town Is Most like Stars Hollow From ‘Gilmore Girls’?

I am one of the many thousands (okay, millions) of people who is ready to see the next chapter to the Gilmore Girls.

If you haven't paid attention to social media or pop culture sites, then let me fill you in. The Warner Bros./CW TV show Gilmore Girls, that ran for seven seasons from 2000 to 2007, is coming back on Netflix.

Creator Amy Sherman-Palladino decided to bring back the show in early 2016, reuniting Lorelai and Rory Gilmore -- played by Lauren Graham (Parenthood) and Alexis Bledel (Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants). Also coming back, is Melissa McCarthy (Ghostbusters/Mike and Molly) as Sookie St. James, Milo Ventimiglia as Jess (This Is Us) and Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) as Dean.

What I'm trying to say is, everyone will be back, and I'm so excited for the release of Gilmore Girls: A Year in The Life on Friday (Nov. 25).

I happen to be a New Yorker, and am only familiar with the Connecticut towns that boarder New York. I had a moment, and actually thought Stars Hollow, the fictional town in Gilmore Girls, was real. Go ahead an laugh -- I already have. After my embarrassment died down, I googled "Connecticut Towns like Stars Hollow." After a few clicks, I came across the website, FindingStarsHollow.Com. From the looks of it, a fan of the show has scoped out Connecticut towns and took their most common features and compared them to Stars Hollow. They even made a beautiful video to go along with their journey:

From Kent to New Milford and everywhere in between, these Gilmore Girls fans found their real Stars Hollow.
