I'm sure you have heard someone say it's wine o'clock. Of course, they are referring to having that first glass of wine. But, really, what time is it when someone says it's wine o'clock?

It has become such a popular thing to say that Oxford actually added it to the dictionary last year.  The official definition is, "the appropriate time of day to start drinking wine."  Well according to mnn.com there's now a new study out that narrows down the time of day almost to the minute.

Here's how they figured it out. A company analyzed two million users who track their wine drinking on an app, and figured out when most people start drinking.  And the answer is . . . 6:30 P.M.

Now, just remember 6:30 PM is not carved in stone as the exact time. The study also found out that the majority of wine drinking goes on between 4:45 PM and 9:00 PM, with the peak between 6:00 and 6:45.

So, my suggestion is to start drinking at 6 and go till 9, then your definitely maximizing your wine o'clock time. Enjoy.
