A surveillance of the Main Street area last week led Danbury Police to pay particular attention to 30-year-old Abdulwali "Tamel" Peterson and 30-year-old Jeremy Nathan who were allegedly selling drugs from a Kia Optima owned by Nathan. Police say that they watched what they believed to be a drug transaction and afterwards questioned two men, Danny Ward and Kenneth Edwards, who allegedly purchased drugs from Peterson and Nathan. Police then proceded to Federal Road where they found the suspected drug dealers. Police arrested Peterson and Nathan after a search found drugs on the men and also in their vehicle.
