A Connecticut College Student Says Thanks To Health Care Workers

A Connecticut college student from Burlington wanted to do something to thank all the medical personnel on the front lines, so he decided to get creative and do it in a big way.

Kevin Kryzwick is a student at Fairfield University and he wanted to do something to say thanks all those medical workers on the front lines, and he wanted to do something big so a lot of people would see it.

According to nbcconnecticut.com here's what he did, he found a giant rock along side of Case Road and Punch Brook Road in Burlington, and he did what anyone who wanted to get a message out there would have done. He grabbed some spray paint and went to work on an American Flag, a health care worker in a mask, and a big thank you message.

The virus has also hit close to home for Kevin, his sister is a nurse in Stamford and recently tested positive for COVID-19. Good news is she is recovering and should be back at work soon.

Since the message of thanks was finished and on display for all to see, people from all over the area have stopped by to see his artwork, and take some pictures.
