A Festive Dessert Presentation for Cupcakes

I love to bake. Cooking is fun, but I am better at baking things. So I like finding fun and creative dessert recipes to try. For Christmas Eve we are celebrating at a family member's house and we said we would bring a pie for dessert. After seeing this recipe I might be changing my mind!

We've all see the cupcake stands that kind of look like a tree when you put all the cupcakes around it. It's a fun way to display the cupcakes, especially for Christmas parties. Today, though, I saw another way to display cupcakes in tree form and it looks really cute. Here is the recipe.

You will have to get a Styrofoam cone and toothpicks to make the mini cupcakes stay in a tree formation, but the end result makes for a very festive dessert presentation. I've never done this, so I can't speak to how easy or how hard it would be to make. If I have time before the Christmas Eve gathering I want to try my hand at this though.
