During these unprecedented times, unemployment and food insecurity are on the rise across the country.

In 2019, more than 35 million Americans experienced food insecurity and that number has since skyrocketed to as high as 50 million this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic according to Feeding America, a hunger-relief organization that secures and distributes billions of meals each year.

That's why ACME Markets is teaming up with Feeding America and the Food Bank of Hudson Valley in an effort to tackle the fight against hunger, and you can help them.

Many families that struggle with food insecurity, unfortunately, do not qualify for federal nutrition programs and need to rely on organizations like Feeding America and the Food Bank of Hudson Valley for support.
