Alton Brown Discusses his Dislike of “Unitaskers”

I love watching Alton Brown shows. He has some good recipes, but he also has a great sense of humor. His "Good Eats" show was informative and funny at the same time. I kind of wish they would bring it back.

He now has a show called "Cutthroat Kitchen" and his sense of humor comes through on that show too. He's a good cook and he definitely knows his way around the kitchen, but he is also very vocal about things he doesn't like. For instance, he is totally against what he calls "unitaskers." Not sure what that means? Check out the video below.

I did buy the meat shredders for my husband for this past Father's Day. Now I'm wondering if he thought of Wolverine too when he opened the gift. Oh well, I'd say it's a win either way.
