According to Forbesthe Brady Bunch house is on sale for 1.9 million dollars. I checked and it's actually listed for 1,885,000. The home in Studio City California sits on under 1/3 an acre and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The home was not actually where the iconic TV show was shot. The house simply served as the exterior for the hit show. As a kid someone tried to explain this to me and I was damn near in tears. I would not hear of it, it was a betrayal to my TV poisoned mind.

I've come to accept this fact over the years and I'm now OK with it. Furthermore if I did have this kind of money you better believe I would be packing my things and moving to California. Sure, you get crazies pulling into your driveway every single day to take photos but this is the Brady Bunch house. It has to be one of the most recognizable homes in all of the country.

My first order of business is to renovate this room and quick.

The house also features the best tech of the 70's and I love it. I would not change this for any reason. Check out this radio installed into the wall:

The back yard is also impressive. The perfect place to smash your stepsister in the nose-piece with a rogue football:
