Here's so little and so cute. His name is Bruno and because of an owner surrender, he's now faced with looking for a new forever home.

Now typically, I've never been a big fan of the Chihuahua. Not because I don't love dogs, I love all kinds of dogs, but when it comes to Chihuahuas they can be quite feisty, and many times, not all that friendly.

Well you can throw out that stereotype when it comes to Bruno. He's one friendly little pooch. The first time I met him, he proceeded to lick my hand -- definitely not the kind of Chihuahua that I'm used to. This guy is the real deal.

He's got a somewhat sad back story. Bruno spent almost the first full year of his life in a nice home, but then his owner either moved or his landlord said no more dogs. So Bruno was sent to the Animal Welfare Society in New Milford.

Bruno is a happy little pup, loves belly rubs and happy to cuddle up in your lap. He's had all his shots and has already been neutered, so all you have to do is call the AWS and tell them you're interested in adopting Bruno.
