Danbury Factory Set for Renovation as Boutique Sports Car Prepares to Move In
The SCG company gets the checkered flag to build their luxurious high-end road-going sportscars at their new facility(shown above) at the Danbury Airport.
The price tag on these luxurious sleek sports cars will start at $250,000. The company name is Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus or SCG and their short-term goal is to eventually manufacture 15 cars per week. Their eventual long-term objective is to custom build 50 of these beauties per week.
Why did SCG choose the Danbury Airport for their new manufacturing facility? Because of their high-end clientele, they will be able to fly into Danbury Airport and taxi right next to the factory. Once the plant is up and running, their first project will be the manufacture of their 004 and 006 road going sports cars. Put me down for one of each!
