Disney to Stream ‘Fantasmic!’ Live

Since I know there are Disney fans (like me) in this area, I thought I would share this news from Disney. They have been streaming different events live lately, but this is the first time they took a poll. Disney announced the winner yesterday.

According to Disney Parks Blog, the next live stream will be Fantasmic! in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Not long ago Disney took a poll to ask what fans would like to see streamed next and Fantasmic! was the top choice.

If you have never seen Fantasmic! then I highly recommend tuning in for this stream. It's a very entertaining and very well done 30 minute show that happens at night at Hollywood Studios.  The show has 50 Disney characters and performers! That's a pretty big cast. Mickey's imagination is the basis for the show and you get to see scenes from some popular Disney movies. When Disney villains show up Mickey has to save his dream from becoming nightmare. Love this show!

The whole show is impressive, but the best part is the finale. There are water effects and pyrotechnics. We could actually see some of the higher fireworks in the show from our balcony at the Boardwalk Villas.

The live stream will start at 6:50 p.m. on February 2, but Disney is going to do a behind-the-scenes look at the show a little before it starts. For that you can tune in at 6:45 p.m. Disney Parks Blog will have a new post up with the live stream.
