Dover Dragons Add MORE Hardware to the Trophy Case
The Dover Dragons have added some more hardware to their trophy case, as they were crowned the 2019 March Mascot Madness Champions.
In what proved to be one of the closest March Mascot Madness Final Four Battles, the Dragons had to hold off a strong challenge from the Brewster Bears and the Danbury Hatters. Both schools never let the Dragons run away with it, and stayed close enough to take the voting right down to the final day.
The win for Dover marks an unprecedented four-peat, and Mr. Morning returned to Dover High School this week to present the coveted 2019 March Mascot Madness Trophy from Crown Trophy of Brookfield. Here's a little tribute to the four-time champs:
