Acclaimed filmmaker Ken Burns is back with an epic, 16-hour documentary on the history of Country Music that will air over 8 nights on PBS starting September 15. KICKS 105-5 and CPTV want to give you a little preview of what you're going to see.

At some point, all of us have been completely drawn in by one or more of Ken's excellent documentaries. Baseball, The Civil War, America, The Vietnam War, the list goes on and on. Now, he's set his sights on the history and story of Country Music, chronicling a truly American art form.

We've got our hands on a special preview of the film, and we're showing it on Thursday, September 12 at 7:30 PM at the Bank Street Theater in New Milford. Click here to register for a pair of tickets and also an invite to our pre-party that afternoon from 5:30-7 PM at Cool Hand Duke's on Railroad Street in New Milford. Mr. Morning will announce ticket winners at 8:20 AM daily from Wednesday, September 4 through Wednesday, September 11. Listen in to find out if you made the list for our red-carpet premiere. And of course, get ready to watch the entire series starting Sunday September 15 on CPTV.
