November 11 is Veterans Day here in the United States, it is a Federal holiday to honor and thank those who have served in the United States Armed Forces, for their sacrifices, and for defending our freedom.

Veterans Day 2020 is tomorrow, Wednesday, November 11, and local and national restaurants in our area are once again offering free meals as a thank you to our veterans for their service.

One of my personal favorite places to eat is local family restaurant, Frankies. I've been eating there my whole life, and as a proud son of a U.S. Army Veteran, I'm happy to report that Frankies is going to be offering a free hot dog combo to Veterans that show their military ID tomorrow.

According to militarybenefits.info, Frankies is not the only restaurant in the Greater Danbury area that is going to be offering up free food and meals to honor our Veterans on Veterans Day, here are a few other restaurants that are serving up free food to honor our National Heroes:
