Local Family Activities: Muscoot Farm in Katonah, NY
Our "Where is it Wednesday" location this week was Muscoot Farm, which is located in Katonah, NY. It looks like a fun place to visit!
I spent some time looking around their website, and they have a lot going on there. Just looking at everything they offer makes we want to bring the family there, so I think this may be on our list of places to visit this summer.
If you are interested in gardening, you can take part in one of their Adult Workshops going on this summer:
- May 28 - Sisters Garden Workshop
- June 25 - Plants as Medicine
- July 30 - Herbal Medicine
- August 13 - Cover Crops

They have a Calendar of Events on their homepage that you can check out to see what else they have going on. For instance, on June 4th they have an Animal Tracking event where you can go for a hike and look for signs of animals that are at Muscoot Farm. Sounds like a fun family time!
