How does one lose a pot-bellied pig?

If you happened to see a pig in the area of Barrack and Grandview in Ridgefield this past Monday afternoon, you weren't seeing things according to the Danbury Daily Voice. The pig had decided a walking tour of Ridgefield was in order after wandering away from its owner's home.

It was Kris Zulkeski, the Ridgefield Police Department Animal Control officer that came to the rescue and found the unnamed animal snortin' around the neighborhood. Zulkeski transported the porker back to Animal Control and snapped a couple of photos to post on Facebook attempting to locate the owner. It only took 24 hours and 900 shares on Facebook before the pig was reunited with its owner. Maybe it's time for you to think about adopting a pot-bellied pig.
