A local man was arrested after police say they found him to be in possession of all the things needed to be a successful drug dealer.

According to a social media post from the New Milford Police Department, 31-year-old Brady Streaman of Bantam was driving in the town of New Milford at around 11:41 PM on Wednesday, December 5. The report says that Officer Dylan McIntyre pulled Streaman over when he saw the 2006 Lexus he was driving commit a moving violation.

Officer McIntyre says that during the traffic stop, he noticed a few things that would indicate that there was some suspicious criminal activity going on. With probable cause, responding officers searched the vehicle, and reportedly, Officer McIntyre's hunch was correct.

The search of the car allegedly turned up substantial amounts of crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, cash and a .38 caliber revolver. That's when Brady Streaman was arrested and taken into custody.

After being charged with possession with intent to sell and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon among other drug and weapons charges, Streaman was released on a $15,000 bond.
