On Track Karting in Brookfield to Close Its Doors Forever

Another area business is closing its doors. This time, it's On Track Karting in Brookfield, but don't worry, race fans. Looks like they will be relocating to a place that, in my opinion, should serve them much better.

In a statement issued on their Facebook page, they made the announcement about closing forever:

There is some good news in this dark cloud for racing fans. As announced in their post, they will be building a new and improved facility at Foxwoods Resort Casino. So, for now, On Track Karting fans will just have to hang at the start line, idling while they wait for the new location to open.

If you want to get one more race in at the Brookfield location, you have till the end of this month. You can also visit their Wallingford location at 984 N Colony Rd (Rt 5), just about 50 minutes from the Brookfield location.
