Did Vladimir Putin really steal Robert Kraft's Super Bowl ring?

In an article from The New York Post says that Vladmir Putin allegedly jacked Robert Kraft’s $25,000 Super Bowl ring at a get together back in 2005. Putin was checking out the bling, which he admired, and Robert let him try it on.

The article reports that according to Kraft, Putin said, “I could kill someone with this ring.” Then, when Robert Kraft put his hand out to get his ring back, Vladmir Putin put the ring in his pocket and took off surrounded by a bunch of KGB agents.

Robert Kraft, when being interviewed on Fox News Sunday, said: 

I do have an emotional attachment to that ring...

The Patriots owner wants to make a new one for the Russia’s leader and trade it for his original ring and President Trump would be the negotiator.
