Silver Alert Issued for Missing Connecticut Sisters, Ages 1 and 3

Two sisters ages 1 and 3 have been reported missing in West Haven since Tuesday evening, January 8.

The Danbury Daily Voice has reported their names are Eden Louis and Elan Louis. Eden, the three-year-old is an African American and approximately 2-feet tall. She has brown hair and hazel eyes and weighs about 40 pounds. One-year-old Elan is also African American and also has brown hair and hazel eyes just like her sister.

Police have been led to believe the sisters are with their mother who is driving a 2014 silver Volkswagen Tiguan with license plates, AH18297. The mother is 31-year-old, Whitney Carmichael. The girl's father has full custody but has not seen his children since September.
