Police have turned to the public in hopes of gathering any information they can regarding the case of a Connecticut man who went missing 30 years ago.

According to the Connecticut State Police, they, along with the Norwich Police Department, are actively investigating the cold case of Kenneth Reed, who was last seen at his parents' home Forest St. home in Norwich, CT on March 24, 1989.

Reed was 24 years old at the time and, as pictured above, he's been described as a white male with brown eyes and brown hair.

One of the more interesting aspects of the case is that Reed's car was found in his parents' driveway, but he was nowhere to be found and has not been seen or heard from since.

Detectives ask that anyone with any relevant information please come forward. The public may contact CT State Police Detective Cuoco at 860-896-3235 or the Norwich Police Deparment at 860-886-5561 ext. 3156.
