Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are both very busy artists — not to mention parents — with crazy schedules, but McGraw doesn’t take any credit for getting where he’s supposed to be at the right time. The “Humble and Kind” singer credits Hill with keeping everyone on track.

"Faith is great at it. She’s so type A and she’s very organized," McGraw explains via his label, Big Machine. "She’s got my career and all the things I do and her career and all the other things she does and the house and all the family stuff and then the three girls with all their different interests. I mean there’s such a great schedule and plus we’ve got great people working for us. And so they’re great."

Adds the superstar, "I’m not good at that at all. I’m sort of like the meat that just shows up and does the job. ‘Okay, where do I go next?’"

McGraw knows that as long as his family’s well being is of the utmost importance, everything else will sort itself out.

“First priority is as long as the kids are good and happy and stable, our family unit is stable and happy and everybody’s comfortable and in a good place, then everything else sort of finds its spot," he says. "As long as the top’s stable everything else just sort of finds a place to settle in."

McGraw recently released a new album titled Damn Country Music, featuring his most recent single “Humble and Kind." The sentimental tune reads as a letter to his kids and future generations, and it has a new, powerful video to go along with it.

“This song is so special to me,” McGraw says on Facebook. “I really wanted a video that showed the universality of the message of Humble and Kind. Thanks to Wes Edwards for executing this vision and to Oprah Winfrey for lending us scenes of belief from all over the world. I hope you like it as much as I do.”

McGraw will headline We Fest 2016, which takes place in Detroit Lakes, Minn. from Aug. 4-6, 2016. For more information on the hottest festivals of 2016, check out our handy 2016 festival guide.
