When Should a Child Get a Smart Phone? [AUDIO]

According to a new study, the average American kid now gets their first smart phone when they're only 10. 

Now, I'm sure most of you will agree that is way too young. The study, reported on techcrunch.com also revealed that kids also get their first social media account when their 11.
