The bad news for General Motors continues as they've had to recall another 3.2 million more vehicles this week due to faulty ignition switches on many of their models.

The recalls began when 13 deaths and 54 crashes to date were linked to stalling engines due to faulty ignition switches in General Motors vehicles. This error in the design of the switches results in engines shutting off suddenly, consequently keeping airbags from being able to deploy as well.
